The Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier by Kolcraft is a great option for parents looking for a convenient, easy and very affordable way to transport babies in a carrier. I recently had the opportunity to a stroller reviews on  the Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier, and found it to be much roomier and easier to maneuver than competing car seat carriers.

Great features of the Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier by Kolcraft:

* It turns an infant car seat into a travel system. It’s very easy to add your baby’s infant car seat on and secure it in.

* It’s very lightweight at about 14 pounds- terrific for women who are not able to lift heavy strollers yet after giving birth or already have one hand full and multi-tasking.

* It is easy to move, even with one hand. The shock-resistant front swivel tires make turning and maneuvering this car seat carrier a dream.

* It has lots of storage room. With an easily accessible, large storage basket and two cup holders, you can take this car seat carrier anywhere. It’s great for a day of errands, shopping, and jumping in and out of the car a lot throughout the day.

* It’s extremely easy to fold, with a one handed folding system that allows the Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier to fold compactly. There is also a latch to lock the carrier closed.

* It’s sturdy and well built, and can accomodate most infant car seats on its roomy base.

I am very pleased with the Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier by Kolcraft. I tested it out with a Graco Snugride infant car seat. As someone who loves to walk to do errands, I found it very easy to move around, and had no problem loading and unloading it from my car trunk. I love the double cup holder- one side can hold my coffee and the other something for the baby, both within easy each.

For parents who aren’t ready to buy a stroller, having an infant car seat carrier until your child outgrows his infant car seat is a great way to save space and money. The Universal 2 Car Seat Carrier usually retails for about $59.99, making it more affordable than competing infant car seat carriers.
